About Guy
Thanks for stopping by. I’m Guy Hobson, a certified life coach, speaker and true believer in the ability of the human spirit to effect change. I specialize in working with professionals who are looking to make a major career change or realize their true potential.
My approach is to be supportive, nurturing and honest and to help you discover your potential within. I am a firm believer that we each have the answers on how to live a more inspired life based on our true desires.
A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I spent the early part of my life in the arts learning to communicate with people, developing relationships and creative ways of growing and developing myself as a person. After earning my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Pennsylvania State University I started my career in Customer Service and Telecommunications, eventually working my way up to Human Resources.
I began my own career change after spending more than fifteen years in Human Resources where I specialized in Corporate Training, Change Management, Inter-departmental Facilitation and Process Improvement. After many lost years putting everything aside to pursue my career I knew something was missing but could not quite understand why. Through intense soul searching I came to realize my passion was to inspire others to achieve their own success. I decided it was time to take action to do this for the rest of my life. Since, I have become a certified life coach, embarking on the path to fulfill my true potential by helping others realize theirs.
Currently I reside in New York, New York as a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
