Can you feel it? Sit still for a minute in complete silence. Are you completely still? Now can you feel it? Are you sure?
If you can, what you’re probably feeling are the winds of change sweeping across the planet. You’ve probably felt it for some time. You probably just didn’t want to admit it.
Some people say the Earth’s vibration is changing. That it is increasing. And this change is having an impact on our overall fabric of life. If you stop to think about it, there seems to be major upheaval happening in the world. Economic systems are changing. The United States is pulling out of Iraq. Political situations in the Middle East are changing rapidly.
The world around us is changing at a tremendous rate which can be a cause of uncertainty in our lives. What do we do now? How do we handle this? I believe now is the time to stop and pay attention. Instead of working nonstop, maybe it’s time to stop, look up and take stock.
Think about it. So many of us have our eyes down, focused on the job or career we are trying to hold onto. And for some of us that can be a major source of stress. In fact, with so much happening in this era of uncertainty, many people are afraid to make a move or to do anything different.
But maybe, just maybe, there is a different lesson. Maybe it’s time for us to stop and take a look around.
Look up and take inventory of our lives and decide what really matters. Maybe it’s time to make some very important decisions based on what it is we want to do with our lives.
It could be small. It could be huge. You know what it is. You just have to be still and listen.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not encouraging anyone to take an unrealistic view of what it is they can do to make their life a better one.
However, I am encouraging you to take a look at some new possibilities. You would be amazed at what can happen when you go from feeling you have to hold on; to feeling you have endless possibilities to make your life better.
So I encourage you to do the work if you feel that now is the time. Trust in your instincts to guide you.
And if you are afraid to make a move, that’s ok. You still owe it to yourself to at least listen and hear where you are being guided in your life.
I bet you’d be surprised at all of the infinite potential and magnificent changes you can make.
Be Well!
